Here are some masterful lyrics:
Love is speaking in code
It's an inside joke
Love is coming home.
These lyrics courtesy of The Format, in the song If Work Permits. Utterly brilliant.

True Love
Justin from the Berry Company just called our office for Nicole, our marketing lady.
I wanted so badly to proclaim to him our destiny to be together, but on the "Unprofessional Scale of 1-10", that is like an 83. So I did not tell him that.
I did, however, strive to convey my affection for him over the phone.
Let me tell you, it is super hard to flirt when you're talking about "grayscaling" and "ad identity".
I'm pretty sure he fell in love with me though.
I'll keep you posted on any new developments.
Caitlyn + Justin from The Berry Company FOREVER!

Computer Bliss
A brand new, shiny, sleek computer. In my workspace at Dr. Moore's office.
I am in complete heaven.
And get this, it has a little application called Sticky Notes. You press the button, and a sticky note comes up on your desktop! And you type and it's just like writing on Post-its but maybe even BETTER because it is on your computer!
Ok, I know I'm probably excited over this just because of the novelty.
Nevertheless. I am supremely happy to have this new computer, which actually runs! My old computer was a laptop of Dr. Moore's, and it was getting on in years. It had a hard time waking up in the morning.
But hooray! A fast and shiny new computer! What a good day.

What Is The Berry Company?
Today, at work, this guy came in. His name was Justin, and he was our representative from the Berry Company.
I have no idea what that is, but I want to find out. Quickly. Hopefully, they will be able to tell me Justin's last name, since it is, in the future, going to be mine as well.
I swear, this guy was so suave! I was like a giddy second grade schoolgirl! I had to hide out in the bathroom because I was so smiley!
Quick run-down of what he was wearing: A gray cardigan, classy black shiny shoes, a fedora (that one was a little over the top but WHATEVER) and THE CLINCHER: glasses. Square rimmed glasses, sitting underneath a gorgeous head of curly brown hair.
True love.
I was not even mad, either, because guess what I'm wearing today? The false eyelashes! Otherwise known as THE MAN ENTRANCERS!
I wouldn't be surprised if he came in tomorrow and asked for my hand in marriage.
"Did you see the way he danced with me? A marriage proposal can't be far behind!" (Quote courtesy of Charlotte in Disney's The Princess and The Frog.)
Wish me luck, because I will soon be leaving Singledom and moving into Happily Married (It's a suburb.) with Justin Last-Name-To-Be-Found-Out.

The Four Way Stop
So this morning, I was on my way to work. There is a four way stop down the road from my house. Normally I turn left, but today I decided to go straight. That really doesn't have anything to do with the coming story, I just thought I'd mention it.
So I'm sitting in my car, waiting for my turn, when this Jeep drives across the intersection. No big deal, right?
This is what happened.
The guy in this Jeep pauses in the intersection, right in front of my car. He looks over at me, and POINTS. Just points at me.
And then continues to drive across the intersection.
I do not know this person! I mean, I could be mistaken, but I am 93% sure that I do not know this person.
He just pointed! I wonder if I offended him in some way, and he was maybe threatening me?
I was just sitting there in my car!!
Oh good heavens. I won't lie, it was a really hilarious and random start to the morning.

Distracted
You know what a wild goose chase is, right?
I've coined a new term: a WILD GOOGLE CHASE!
You know, sometimes you go to Google to look up something completely innocuous, like maybe an address. Then, your attention is caught by something on the page, and after about an hour, you find yourself online shopping for Argentinian antiques!
That is one definition of a wild Google chase. Another one was given to me by Blake when I was explaining this to him last night.
He says he is often led on a wild Google chase by the Google suggestion box! You know when you start to type something in, and Google auto-completes it in a variety of ways, trying to guess what you're going to say before you have even formed the thought yourself? He says that he is always led on the chase by the completely random things that Google suggests. I admit, I have had that happen. When you type in "The power of . . . " and it auto-completes with "the power of half, the power of icu, the power of possesiveness (?)" and, of course, we cannot forget about Celine Dion, "the power of love lyrics." Of course I want to go learn about the power of half! Sometimes these things are just intriguing. And sometimes, we just really don't have a life.
